Hey Guys, I wanted to do a blog post dedicated around the negative mindset in dating. Our thinking can have a positive/negative impact on the outcome of our relationships.This may cause us to self-sabotage and may cause uncomfortable emotions/feelings within this. We may think we are unworthy, not good enough or it could be because of a number of various things. Negative thinking can also block our judgement of what is around us and cause us to see things from a selective point of view- as we focus on all the bad aspects of the relationship.   Hey Everyone, The purpose of this post is to analyse how I am having fun in my life during lockdown. I do consider myself to be a fun person and I want to strive to live a fun-filled life. Even though I am living with restrictions. I am choosing to have fun, in ways-that are within my reach. How do you define fun?- W Watching movies on Amazon Prime, I found some good movies on there. ( I also need to share it with Q- when he is in need of movie recommendations). Watching the horror/thriller movie 'Us' on Netflix. (I want to start watching Netflix more with my sister so that I can share some recommendations with Tam).  Going outside- getting out into nature makes me happy.
