How I am Bubbly on Lockdown

Hey guys,

Here is how I intend on being bubby during lockdown:

Lively:

  • Going grocery shopping/ shipping parcels- helps me to socialise with people.
what makes you enthusiastic about life?
  • Attending online Church.
Appears confident:
  • Attending job interview.
  • Speaking to W and friends.
Positive Attitude:
  • Make-up group- encouraging/ changing the views of the group to a positive mindset.
Talk about interesting things:
  • Having a good laugh on the weight loss group chat.
Improvements:
  • Try new things. New experiences-fires up your passion for life.
  • Learn a new language.
  • Take a trip.
  • Avoid complaining negativity leads to more negativity: try writing your complaints down or speak to a therapist.
  • Perform stress-relief: go for a walk.
  • Change your wording, by swapping "have" for "get".  It helps to practice gratitude, for example,"I get to pay rent", it reminds you to be grateful that you have a place to live and that you can afford to pay for it.
  • Avoid unnecessary drama. We do not need to engage in the drama of others. When you encounter conflicts that do not directly involve you, try not to intervene. Refrain from go sipping. Avoid talking about people behind their backs. If you are constantly surrounded by the drama of others, consider surrounding yourself with new people.
  • Confidence:look your best to feel good about yourself, groom yourself, wear clothes that make you feel good and spend a little time on your hair, make-up, or other beauty rituals.
  • Focus on the positive attributes about yourself-your eyes or the way that you are kind to everyone you meet. Identify the best qualities and aim to let these qualities shine. For example, if you have beautiful eyes, wear eye makeup that accentuated this. If you are smart and well-versed in philosophy, practice ways to lead with this in conversation.
  • Stand up straight as it helps with better dealing with stress. Sit in posture also.
  • Use daily affirmations: I am beautiful. I am worthy. I deserve to be happy. And place it any place you will look at them often.
  • Take good care of yourself: eating well, drinking water, staying active and getting enough rest. Taking care of yourself works to boost your self-esteem. 1.When you feel cared for, you are more likely  to cultivate self-love. 2. When you are in good healh, your emotions are more stable.
  • Focus of eating vegetables, fruit, lean meats and whole grains.
  • Avoid sugar, alcohol and fast food.
  • Try to sleep 8 hours per night.
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water.
  • Aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day. Such as walking or dancing to music.
Get back to:
  • Writing in your gratitude journal.
I hope you enjoyed reading this post.
